• Cancellation 72-48h to the appointment- 50% of the deposit refundable
• Cancellation 48h-appt time (including no shows) - no deposit refunded
• Guest spots - deposits are non refundable
RESCHEDULES
• Reschedule up to 72h prior to the appointment without loosing your deposit
• Reschedule available up to 2times, after that, deposit is not refundable
• Guest spots - contact artist directly, since availability is usually very limited and it might not be possible to fit you in, especially if you wish to reschedule close to the guest spot time.
